Christchurch and New Forest Association is a group of over 800 National Trust members and volunteers in the area roughly bounded by Christchurch, Lymington, Hythe and Ringwood, and including New Milton, Highcliffe, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst.

The association was founded in 1978 and since then we have raised over £262,000 for National Trust projects.

We arrange talks, outings, walks and social events for our members.

Christchurch and New Forest Association is independent of the National Trust and is governed by a constitution common to all such National Trust Associations. The affairs of the Association are conducted via an executive committee of officers and members elected at our AGM in June.

In the year ended 31 March 2009 we donated a total of £12,600 to National Trust properties.

National Trust properties rely on donations such as ours for the extras that make them special and enable them to be that much more inviting to the public.
